Brief/Execution: I started my career in publishing and it is an area of design that I love. Waiting for the magazine to come back from the press is always exciting and nothing beats holding and feeling your design in print. I have worked across a wide breadth of magazine titles and on editorial pieces for brands creating multiple cover mounts and full publications, as well as designing the editorial pieces; making sure the flow is exciting and interesting. The process can also include commissioning and art directing photoshoots, illustrating pieces for features or covers, to budgeting and liaising with readers, contributors and advertisers alike.
